Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do! We offer FREE UK standard delivery (1-3 days) and £3.99 for international delivery (3-7 days). 

What payment options are there?

How easy is it to clean?

Assuming you find cleaning easy, then it’s really, really easy. Just fill with water, add a drop of (insert preferred brand) washing liquid and give it a good old shake (with the lid on). We'd recommend doing this on a daily basis because fruit goes mouldy quickly and who wants that nasty stuff on their bottles! Also - don't use boiling hot water, luke warm is perfectly fine. 

Is it dishwasher safe?

The bottle can go in the dishwasher, but just give the other components a little lather up in the washing up bowl.

What’s the difference between the Infruition bottles?

One’s glass, one’s plastic. When we tell you that the Infruition Sport is made from BPA-free tritan plastic, you can probably guess the rest. Also, there’s one for kids, or grown-ups with really small hands. Our glass bottles have a different spout - and best used to pour flavoured water into a glass. I guess you could say it's perfect for your desk at work.

What colours are available?

Plenty. We have red, royal blue, electric blue, yellow, lime green. mint, charcoal grey and coral pink. Check out our product pages to have a browse through these

Infruition Sport - The best seller is coral pink in case you wondered.

Infruition Classic - Yellow seems to be the favourite.

Infruition Kids - Both our electric blue and coral pink are even steven's to be favourite.

Infruition Mini - Well, this bottle is brand new, but we designed them in Mint & Coral Pink as people seem to love those.

Infruition Handle Grip - This only comes in Charcoal Grey - but this means it'll match whichever bottle you choose to buy with it!

USING THE BOTTLE

How often do I need to replace the fruit?

As often as you would like - but definitely every day.

How many times can I reuse the same fruit?

Pop a few citrus fruits in the chamber and it’s free refills all day. Whilst some other fruits, like berries, give you all their flavour and goodness upfront and will need to be changed every 2-3 bottles.

Does it filter water?

No, but it makes water taste really great, which is much more important. Especially when you discover that tap water is 100% safe to drink and actually goes through more quality checks than that unfathomably expensive rubbish purporting to be from the Welsh valleys. (sorry - we don't mean to sound agitated!)

Do I need to use the chamber?

Yes please, it really helps agitate the fruit and release its flavour. However, agitated lemons have been known to get pithed off on occasion.

Will my bottle leak in my bag?

No, don’t be silly; that would be a rubbish thing to happen. As long as you close the lid properly, our clever science people have designed Infruition so it will never leak.

Is it reusable?

Yes. It the bottle will nicely store spaghetti. Or, with a few small modifications to the lid, you’ll have yourself a wicked hamster jousting helmet.

 

YOUR ORDER

 How can I track the status of my order?

Our delivery times are stated here. For deliveries in the UK, we use Royal Mail (both standard and next day delivery dependent on what you have chosen). Royal Mail will issue a postcard through your letter box should you not be in to receive your order. They will advise where your order it on here. (Sometimes they may leave with a neighbour, or request for you collect it from your local post office sorting office).

The same process tends to apply with the international orders although we use trusted international courier partners. If you are concerned - do get in touch with us here - and we will will able to advise if your order has been processed/shipped.

What delivery options do you provide?

We offer delivery options for chilled out people and really impatient people. If you spend enough, we’ll give you free delivery because we’re really nice! Check out the delivery options page for more information. Unfortunately - there is only one option for International orders which is not free - but it's a flat rate - so we hope this won't stop you from buying an Infruition.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship in EUROPE and the USA. If you are not in these regions - get in touch anyway here, we can always work something out for you.  

What happens if there is an issue with my bottle?

Get in touch with us right away! We take product issues very seriously indeed. You can email us at support@infruition.co.uk or via this form here.

What is your returns policy?

14 days, no quibbles or wibbles*

*Uh oh, there’s an asterix… please make sure you haven’t damaged the product or any of the original packaging. Please.

After the 14 day period, it's not standard process for us to accept returns - unless there is a fault. Just expect that we may ask a few more questions.

Is my data safe?

It is with us. In general, however, use a document shredder and don’t make your password “starwars”. It doesn’t matter how awesome you think it is. For more grown-up (boring) information, here’s our privacy policy.
