INGREDIENTS: 5 small chunks of both honeydew & canteloup melon (so 10 chunks altogether), 2 pods of star anise.

METHOD: Combine the two types of melon and add to your chamber, before popping the star anise on top. Screw to the cap, fill with water, and away you go!
Star anise is a fantastic herb with anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties, which is great for a mid-term immune system top up as well as a topical treatment for existing coughs and colds. Melon is great for helping to regulate digestion and prevent constipation. Lovely!
