INGREDIENTS: 1 small sprig of rosemary, 1/2 orange, 1 ring of pineapple, water.
COST: About 38p a bottle
METHOD: Before slicing your orange, roll it to help loosen the juices, then slice in half. For the one half you need, chop into bite sized chunks. Slice your pineapple ring into small bitesize chunks also. Mix both together before adding to your fruit chamber. Then simply insert a small spig of rosemary into the concoction before screwing into a water filled Infruition water bottle.
Rosemary has the strongest of flavours, and so we recommend you add a very small amount in any water infusion you create. The orange and pineapple are set alight with the rosemary which offers a sharp contrasting flavour. The longer your water infuses, the more pineapple flavouring you will begin to taste. It's up to you if you want to keep the orange peel on - as there are many nutrients contained in this, so we certainly recommend too. Packed with vitamin C - this is a great combination to stave off colds.
