INGREDIENTS: ½ pear, chopped. 1 inch piece of ginger, sliced thinly. 1 red plum, chopped. 1 cinnamon stick.
METHOD: Combine the pear, plum and ginger in your chamber, and use the cinnamon stick to smoosh everything up a bit. Screw to the lid, and top with water.
