METHOD: The idea behind this Infruition is to create a flame effect, so layer the fruits in decreasing colours of intensity. The grapefruit will sit at the bottom of the chamber, followed by the orange, then the mango. Slip some slivers of ginger in between each fruit layer to even out the heat, and chill in the fridge before serving to let the ginger work its magic.
This lovely soothing drink has a therapeutic, medicinal kick from the ginger, and a burst of vitamin C from the citrus fruits. Mangoes are full of antioxidants and add a sweet, floral flavour.
