INGREDIENTS: 250ml soda water, 500ml of water, 20ml Elderflower cordial, the juice of 2 limes, 50ml Apple Juice, 10 mint leaves, Add ice as desired.
METHOD: Bruise your mint leaves before adding to the bottom of your Infruition Jug chamber. Add in the zest of a lime and top with ice cubes. The juice of the lime, apple juice and elderflower cordial should be placed directly in the jug vessel, and topped with soda water. Stir vigorously, sip enthusiastically.
Mojito is a cocktail of choice - so this mocktail version is bound to please the non-alcohol drinks down to a tee. Poor into a long glass, with ice and add a mint leaf for decoration.
