INGREDIENTS: 1 small handful of frozen mixed berries, 250ml of coconut water
BOTTLES: 4 (based on getting a 1ltr carton of coconut water)
COST: About 45p a bottle
METHOD: Dilute 250ml of coconut water with normal water - before adding in your chamber with the raspberries & blackberries - no need to do anything to them, they will give off flavour - stronger throughout the day.
