INGREDIENTS: 1/2 mango, 1/2 lime, 1 spring of mint, sparkling water.
METHOD: Dice your mangos into cubes and add into a small bowl. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the mango, before chopping the lime piece and mixing together with your mangos. Add into your fruit chamber - before piercing in your sprig of mint.Then simply screwn into your Infrutiion water bottle.
Whilst this fruit infusion doesn't really include champagne, the flavour of mango mixed with the sharpness & acidity of lime - and had with sparkling water - really does feel as though you are having a glass of bubbly. Right down to the little pop you might hear when you open your water bottle (Sparkling water has carbonated fizz, so don't be scared if you do hear a pop... just think of it as popping a champagne cork!),
