Grapefruit, Mint & Cucumber infused water image


INGREDIENTS: 1/2 grapefruit chopped, 1/2 lemon sliced, 2 mint leaves bruised,1/4 of a cucumber peeled & chopped


METHOD: Easy – just combine all the ingredients and pile into your chamber. Screw to the lid and fill with water, chilling for half an hour or so to allow the mint to release its menthol magic.

This infusion is a classic blend for helping to flush toxins through your system after a class. Cucumbers are a natural diuretic, aiding the relief of water retention, while the lemon and grapefruit will cleanse your digestive tract. The mint adds a clearing burst of freshness.
