INGREDIENTS: 3 tbps of pomegranates, 1/2 lime.
BOTTLES: 1-2 (possibly more if you drink fast and like a subtle flavour!)
COST: About 26p a bottle
METHOD: Squeeze half a lime into your water bottle, and then slice up and add to your fruit chamber. Then simply drop your pomegranate seeds in before screwing into your bottle.
This combination is perfect for plain, coconut water and even sparkling water. Pomegranate contains more antioxidants than red wine and even blueberries. Lime accentuates the flavour as well as containing skin boosting properties making this a perfect skin fruit infusion.
