INGREDIENTS: 1 peach, peeled and chopped into chunks. 4cm piece of root ginger sliced, 200ml orange juice, 400ml Soda water, 2 sprigs of Rosemary.
METHOD: Combine the peach and ginger pieces and add to your infusion chamber. Pour the orange juice into your jug vessel and top with the soda water. Stir with the whole sprig of rosemary and leave it in, to infuse the drink with a herby kick.
This is a great mocktail to serve in old style champagne glasses. Add a small bit of rosemary to decorate each glass!
