INGREDIENTS: 1 green tea bag, 1tspn of honey

COST: About 20p a bottle
METHOD: Add the green tea bag and one teaspoon of honey to your chamber. Add very lukewarm water into your bottle. Insert your chamber, let it brew for 5 minutes.
NB: It's always a good idea to remove your tea bag when you feel it's infused enough, otherwise the drink can become bitter.
