Green Tea & Apple Water

Green Tea Infusion

INGREDIENTS: 700ml of green tea, gently brewed and then chilled. ½ small red apple, chopped. 5cm piece of cucumber, chopped.


METHOD: Mix the apple and the cucumber together and add to your chamber. Fill your bottle with the chilled green tea.

Green tea is an all-round powerhouse, full of antioxidants. It reduces inflammation, controls cholesterol levels, brings down blood pressure, and has a generally calming effect. Cucumber is a natural diuretic, which will reduce water retention and help to flush out toxins.
