INGREDIENTS: Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, chopped. 5 mint leaves, bruised. 10cm piece of cucumber, peeled and chopped.
METHOD: Combine all the ingredients together before adding to your chamber. Make sure you chill the drink before serving to let the ginger spice give the water a kick.
