INGREDIENTS: 250ml ginger beer, 250ml cranberry juice, a handful of cranberries, 4 mint leaves 4 ice-cubes
METHOD: This one couldn’t be easier – pour the cranberry juice into your Infruition Jug top up with ginger beer, and add the mint leaves, cranberries and ice into the fruit infusing chamber. Stir & leave to infuse in the fridge. Best served long over ice.
This mocktail is a perfect alternative to the boring jugs of orange juice you might serve at a party. There are lots of reasons people might not be drinking alcohol - but that doesn't mean they can't have an exciting non-alcoholic fruit infusion.
