INGREDIENTS: 10 blueberries, 2 lemon slices, 1 sprig of rosemary
BOTTLES: 3
COST: About 47p a bottle (blueberries can be expensive we know!!)
METHOD: This is one of the easiest recipes to prepare. Simply, half your 2 lemon slices, place into your fruit chamber, drop in the blueberries - and insert the rosemary sprig. we recommend infusing for at least 20 minutes before you start supping. The rosemary can get quite strong - so, aim to drink one bottle in 1-2hrs at most.
Blueberries are best known for their anti-oxidising qualities - whilst rosemary is a great source to help concentration - so it's great to have on your desk at work.
