INGREDIENTS: 1/2 lemon, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 carrot

METHOD: Dice your carrots and apple into small chunks so that they fit within your Infruition fruit chamber. Slice or wedge your lemon and add into your fruit segment also. Screw into your water bottle and leave to infused overnight in the fridge.
Apples and carrots give off a really subtle flavour - and that's why it's an idea to leave them to infuse for as long as you can. Carrots are full of antioxidants as well as a variety of vitamins (A, C, K and B8) whilst apples are a great source of fibre. A dash of lemon helps this drink stay tasting fresh.
