INGREDIENTS: 1/2 small apple chopped, 1/2 diced or spiralised carrot, 1/4 of a cucumber diced or ribboned, 2cm freshly sliced ginger

METHOD: Another super easy one – just combine all of the ingredients and bung into the chamber, before filling with water and giving it a good shake. Because of the ginger, this one is best popped into the fridge for half an hour before serving, to let the spice infuse.
This Infruition is delightfully energising, as well as serving a multivitamin-filled punch to cleanse the digestive system from toxins. Great for half term, where little immune systems might be taking a bit of a beating.
