Rosemary is a brilliant detoxifier – we shouldn’t underestimate the power of some herbs when embarking on a cleanse. It enhances the bile flow in the body, which sounds grim, but is essential for fat metabolism. Grapefruit contains an enzyme called AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), which helps your body to regulate glucose stores.

INGREDIENTS: 1 earl grey tea bag, 1 slice of lemon, 1 slice of lime, honey as desired and 1 or 2 aniseed balls,
METHOD: Allow your earl grey tea bag to infuse in 250ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Then mix together with 450ml of cold plain water. Add in lime, lemon, honey to sweeten and leave to infuse in a fridge over night, or for as least 1hr. Add in crushed ice for effect.
Long Island Iced Tea is the refreshing cocktail made from a variety of alcohol > Gin, tequila, vodka and rum! This mocktail variation mimics the flavour - but not the hangover if you were to have the alcoholic variety!

INGREDIENTS: 1 peach, peeled and chopped into chunks. 1tsp of honey & sparkling water.
METHOD: Add the diced up, peeled peach into a small bowl and coat with honey. Feel free to add a smidgen of warm water to loosen the honey so it covers all peach pieces. Then simply infuse in sparkling water. This combination works best with about 10-15 minutes worth of infusing.
This infusion is great to make up in a large batch. One portion above works for about 500ml of water, so you can calculate quantities needed as desired. This drink is great to serve as an alternative to the Champagne version - and tastes equally as luxurious. Serve in a champagne flute for ultimate glamour.

INGREDIENTS: 1 peach, peeled and chopped into chunks. 4cm piece of root ginger sliced, 200ml orange juice, 400ml Soda water, 2 sprigs of Rosemary.
METHOD: Combine the peach and ginger pieces and add to your infusion chamber. Pour the orange juice into your jug vessel and top with the soda water. Stir with the whole sprig of rosemary and leave it in, to infuse the drink with a herby kick.
This is a great mocktail to serve in old style champagne glasses. Add a small bit of rosemary to decorate each glass!

INGREDIENTS: 1 full stalk of cooked rhubarb, 5 raspberries, 8 blueberries, 2 tspn of brown sugar, 250ml of soda water, 2 mint leaves, 450ml of plain tap water.
METHOD: Roughly mash all the fruit together along with the sugar, and tip into the bottom of your infusion chamber. Add the soda water & plain water into the jug vessel and stir to combine. Garnish glasses with the mint.
Serve this mocktail in champagne flutes for a touch of added glamour. With so many fruits involved, you could say this drink is 2 of your 5 a day. ;)

INGREDIENTS: 250ml soda water, 500ml of water, 20ml Elderflower cordial, the juice of 2 limes, 50ml Apple Juice, 10 mint leaves, Add ice as desired.
METHOD: Bruise your mint leaves before adding to the bottom of your Infruition Jug chamber. Add in the zest of a lime and top with ice cubes. The juice of the lime, apple juice and elderflower cordial should be placed directly in the jug vessel, and topped with soda water. Stir vigorously, sip enthusiastically.
Mojito is a cocktail of choice - so this mocktail version is bound to please the non-alcohol drinks down to a tee. Poor into a long glass, with ice and add a mint leaf for decoration.

METHOD: Drop your pineapple chunks into your Infruition Jug chamber. Add the coconut water and top up with soda water/plain tap water into the jug vessel, for a fizzy, Caribbean-esque little tongue teaser. Leave to infuse and pour into chilled cocktail glasses. (If you have extra pineapple, why not add to the sides of glasses for an extra bit of glam)
This mocktail will get people second guessing if it does include some Malibu - but it definitely does not. For a take on Pina Colada, swap the coconut water for coconut milk.

METHOD: The idea behind this Infruition is to create a flame effect, so layer the fruits in decreasing colours of intensity. The grapefruit will sit at the bottom of the chamber, followed by the orange, then the mango. Slip some slivers of ginger in between each fruit layer to even out the heat, and chill in the fridge before serving to let the ginger work its magic.
This lovely soothing drink has a therapeutic, medicinal kick from the ginger, and a burst of vitamin C from the citrus fruits. Mangoes are full of antioxidants and add a sweet, floral flavour.

METHOD: Actually, any brightly coloured fruit can be used for this infruition. The idea is to create a visual explosion in the bottle, like the best firework display. So add in the fruits in alternate orders into your fruit chamber.
All of these fruits are high in vitamin C, making this a superb tropical immunity booster just as the weather is starting to turn really chilly. It also helps to improve blood flow which makes it essential for this time of year, when little fingers and toes can feel icy cold!

INGREDIENTS: 350ml of coconut water, 1 ripe kiwi chopped & mashed to a pulp, 2 mint leaves

METHOD: This is a doddle to make. Combine the mint and the kiwi and pile into the bottom of the chamber. Screw to the lid and fill with coconut water. Shake to release some of the kiwi into the main bottle.
The black pips from the kiwi will be visible through the pale white coconut water, giving a slime effect. Coconut water is packed full of electrolytes, and a serving contains more potassium that four bananas!

HOW TO SELECT A HONEYDEW MELON: You want your melon to be firm yet not too hard and have a nice floral smell. The heavier the melon, the juicier it will be.
STORAGE: You can store the whole melon at room temperature for 2 to 4 days. Once sliced, wrap and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
